Technology Information
- SCREEN SIZE
  
  Following international standards, the screen sizes below represent diagonal measurements. For more detailed screen dimensions (including exact size, width & height) click here.
- MEMORY SIZE
  
  Most projects can be fulfilled by selecting the smallest memory size option from the list below. We will use our own compression software to re-encode your content regardless of your original file size. Our compression methods will guarantee your source quality in video & sound, accommodating a video of up to 10 minutes in length. You can choose to upgrade memory size if you have more than one video or want to use navigation buttons.
- BATTERY CAPACITY
  
  As a general rule of thumb, a larger screen size is better supported by a larger battery. It is estimated that a 4" screen paired with an 850 mAh battery will last up to 3 months without the need to charge it (if the card is played, on average, once a day). If the user leaves the card on, and the content plays in a continuous loop, the battery lasts up to 2.5 hours. You can choose to upgrade battery capacity if you need longer playtime before re-charging.
- ON/OFF MECHANISM
  
  The Open 2 Play mechanism is triggered by an embedded magnet in the card. With this option, closing the card shuts it down, re-opening it will prompt the video to play from the beginning.
  
  The Push 2 Play mechanism consists of 1 button with 4 functions. After opening the card, the user must press & hold the button to start. Once the video is playing, the user can (short) press the button to Pause and (short) press again to Resume video playback. To turn off, the user must press & hold the button.

- NUMBER OF BUTTONS
  
  Buttons can be added to your project for user control. Examples of button functions include: On/Off, Play/Pause, Next/Back (to toggle between videos), Video Selection (for multiple video viewing in a single project), Volume Control (-/+), Mute, etc.

- TOUCH SCREEN OPTION
  
  Your project can be controlled via touchscreen instead of buttons. (Available for 5” screen and up)

- AUDIO
  
  Your project will include a high quality speaker by default. You can choose to add an audio jack output if you want to be able to connect your headphones/earphones/external speaker.

- USB CONNECTIVITY
  
  All cards have a standard micro-usb port and come with a compact micro-usb cable. This cable is used for charging the battery and content update when connected to a computer. Your content can be locked if needed; end-users will not be able to change or delete it.
Production Specs
- PAPER SIZE
  
  All projects are printed using state-of-the-art, high quality printers. By default we use high-end heavyweight white paper that is laminated (18pt. or 385gsm). Use the comments box at the end to describe any special paper requests.
- NUMBER OF PAGES
  
  The basic card requires 4 printed pages. If additional pages are required, the order should be in increments of 4 pages.
